Q:  Is this wireless or rechargeable?
A:  No this particular device, while portable, is not wireless.  However, its included USB cord can plug into any compatible power source including a computer, AC adapter into a wall outlet, car port, or separate power bank.

Q:  Can I use essential oils on it?
A:  Unfortunately no, we recommend only water since it is intended to humidify the skin.

Q:  Is it easy to clean?
A:  Absolutely!  A simple rinse of water of the interior would suffice.  For extra cleansing, we recommend gently scrubbing the spout with a small brush (like a toothbrush) while under running water.

Q:  How long does the spray last?
A:  After filling up with water, the spray can last up to 8 continuous hours before needing a refill. When in the intermittent mode, it can last up to twice as long. Please note that there is an auto shut-off feature after 8 hours for safety, which can simply be turned back on with the push of the power button.

Q:  Is the spray hot or cold?
A:  Our humidifier emits a cool mist spray, and is not a hot steamer; its purpose is to ensure proper hydration throughout the day.

Q:  Can I turn off the nightlight?
A:  Yes!  The nightlight is an optional feature that operates independently from the mist.  It can either stay on with the mist, or you can choose to have it off.

Q:  What kind of water should I use?
A:  You may simply use tap water or filtered water.  Avoid using distilled or purified water as that may be too thin.

Q:  Is there a filter?
A:  Yes there is an enclosed filter that helps to filter out any impurities or excessive minerals. Best to replace this every 4-6 months depending on frequency of use, and can be found on our brand’s website.
